Sign your representative papers and pay $20. What is the $20 for? Start-up kit, which includes an instruction manual and information on how to run your Avon business, a re-usable Avon bag, plus the first 2 sets of books.
How do I become a Leader?
Signing up with a Leader will give you one-on-one training, and a contact to get in touch with quickly for any questions or concerns you may have.
You become an Avon rep first, then sign Leadership papers, and start recruiting your team, with a minimum of 4 in your downline, but striving for at least 10 to keep your team strong.
