- Hello! my name is Kathy, I am a mother of 2 children, Kayla 4 years and Joshua 5 years and work part-time. I have been with Avon since 2007 and I love it! I am now an Unit Leader and Sales Rep with my own team. I Love working from home & and being my own boss. The extra income has giving me the opportunities to do home projects that were Long Over Due! I have met and made friends with wonderful people in Avon. With Avon they reconize your acheivements, with rewards, gifts and banquets. It is such a great company to be a part of. My goal is to have one sole job and work from home.
