- Hello! my name is Kathy, I am a mother of 2 children, Kayla 4 years and Joshua 5 years and work part-time. I have been with Avon since 2007 and I love it! I am now an Unit Leader and Sales Rep with my own team. I Love working from home & and being my own boss. The extra income has giving me the opportunities to do home projects that were Long Over Due!
